This term the children are learning how to play hockey in P.E. Please send into school a pair of shin pads (which we will keep in school).

British Science Week 11th - 15th March
Year 3 planned their own investigation based on the Great Science Share for Schools resources, with the theme the ‘Great Sports Share’. The children came up with the question, “Does the size of our feet affect how far we jump?”. We then planned our investigation, made predictions, recorded our results and discussed our conclusions. We are Scientists!

Dear Parents/Carers and Year 3 Children,
A warm welcome from all of us in Year 3. The children have made a brilliant start to the new year and are already enjoying new learning and activities.

We Are Archaeologist! We went digging for ancient artefacts and managed to find some knives, spearheads and pieces of flint! We think these items might date back to the Stone Age.
