At Springfield Primary School we understand the importance of providing quality training to our governors.
Every year all board members are required to attend our whole school level1 safeguarding training event which is provided by a specialist safeguarding consultant. This year all governors have also been asked to complete PREVENT refresher training.
The school purchases a suite of training courses from Judicium Education aimed specifically at governors. Over the past year, governors have taken part in the following:
We also purchase the NGA's Learning Link Gold Membership package which provides governors with online support and guidance as well as a suite of e-learning modules.
