Summer fair!
Learning all about money in maths! We used coins to make different amounts today!
On the art bus, we added detail to our hot and cold washes too create landscape pictures of hot and cold places! We used chalk and charcoal which looked great!

In maths we have been partitioning numbers to one hundred into tens and ones - we made the numbers using our Deines
Science share - we loved sharing about our animals topic with our reception friends!

The children in Robin class have been so inspired by Fiona's weaving sessions that they have been continuing to weave during COOL time!
In geography we've been using atlases to identify the equator and the north and south pole on a world map. We've then used this knowledge to find hot and cold countries around the world 🌍

We had a great day making our dipping platters, using our skills of chopping, grating or peeling. Then we enjoyed evaluating them in the garden with our cuddly toys!!
