Netball
To celebrate England Netball’s100th birthday we held a competition at lunch and playtime. The children were invited to score as many shots as they could. James Johnson was our winner and walked away with a Gilbert Netball.

SSP Netball tournament
On a wet Thursday afternoon we hosted the SSP Netball tournament for 7 local schools. Games were played across our 2 courts. We finished runners up to Bowden Church who were deserving winners.
Easter Netball
We finished Netball training for this year with an Easter inspired netball training session tonight. We played a moving the Easter eggs along the hoops in plank game, Easter bunny jumping over human made fences, throwing the Easter egg and shooting with chocolate bunnies then ending with a game.

Goals galore!
Finallyintroduced the Netball team to the full game of Netball. They took to the extra rules and new positions really well. More goals were scored than in any other training session. Well done girls!
On the evening of Friday 15th March we went to watch Manchester Thunder v Surrey Storm at Belle Vue Basketball centre. It was a great game and Thunder came away with a 75-44 win!
The girls (and adults) had a great night!
