Welcome to Reception!

We cannot wait to meet all the children on Wednesday at our Open Day. You will have booked on to a morning (9am- 10:30am) session or an afternoon (1pm-2:30pm) session. Children do not need to wear their uniform. This is a stay and play/drop in session so that we can get to know you and your child. You will enter through the gate on the EYFS outdoor area and come through your classroom door. 
If you are new to Springfield, we will book in your home visit and we will be asking all parents to create a password in case someone else needs to collect your child. 
The PTA have bought your child’s new bookbag and you will take it home with you on the Open Day.

From Thursday 4th September until Wednesday 10th September children will attend from 9am until 11:45am. 
Full time hours begin on Thursday 11th September which is 8:35am until 3:15pm. 
 

Lunch Menu

The lunch menus work on a three week cycle. Please see the menus below. As the children will be starting off part-time, they will have week 2 as their first menu. Please take some time to look at the week 2 menu for Thursday and Friday and discuss with your child what they might choose. 
Staff will confirm dietary requirements with you and will provide a lunch badge for any child with an allergy or special dietary requirement.
