Out and About in the Garden!
As an introduction to our new Science learning we all went out into the school garden to find examples of alive, dead and never been alive. We enjoyed searching in the garden and can't wait to learn more in Science!
pBuzz Lesson!
We were very lucky to have a visitor from Trafford Music Service in to give us a taster session on how to play a pBuzz! A pBuzz is a simplified version of a trombone so it gave the children an introduction to playing a brass instrument. We had a great time and made a lot of noise!
Pro-Bots
As part of our Computing lessons we had lots of fun working with the Pro-Bots, programming commands to make them move!
Remembrance
In Science we have been learning about 'suitability of materials'. Using our sticky knowledge of materials and their properties we designed, made and tested boats to see which were the best at floating for the longest length of time and which stayed dry inside.
