Our vision and values underpin all policy and practice, promoting an inclusive culture where every child belongs, is recognised and supported to achieve their full potential. Through high expectations, strong relationships and a deep understanding of individual strengths and needs, all pupils are enabled to access learning, participate fully and thrive. We believe inclusion, well-being and academic success are inseparable, supporting every child to grow with confidence, curiosity and resilience.
Special Educational Needs and Disability
At Springfield Primary School we believe that every child is unique; every child has their own strengths, skills and talents, whether that is academic achievement, sporting prowess or artistically creative. We are a fully inclusive school where our children receive Inclusive Quality First Teaching (IQFT) through a broad and balanced academic curriculum which is differentiated to meet the individual needs of the children.
