Imagine you are visiting either a hot or cold country. What is the weather like? What do you need to wear? What does the landscape look like? How do you feel? What animals can you see?
Look at the powepoint below to learn how to write a postcard.
Can you write a postcard to your teacher or a family member/friend to tell them what the country is like that you are visiting?
Remember to include finger spaces, capital letters and full stops. Think carefully about the spelling of those tricky red words we've been learning too.
Challenge: Use adjectives to describe the setting of your chosen country. Can you extend your sentences by using a connective (and, because, but)? Maybe you can use other forms of puctuation - exclamation marks, question marks and commas.
