Keeping Active

It is so important to keep fit and active, and now is the time to get creative. Whether you and the family are following Joe Wicks, or are lucky enough to have an outdoor space to play some games, we all need to find new ways to keep our bodies moving!

The Year 5 teachers are finding their own ways to keep active: Miss Torrance has bought a turbo trainer to keep her bike going indoors, Miss Landi is using her daily outing to run like the wind, and Miss Beddow is backyard skipping her way to fitness.

Why not use this activity log to record your daily activities? You'll be amazed at how much better you feel on the days that you are more active.
